Meditation To Connect To Your Spirit Within


Meditation has advantages that extend beyond quieting one’s mind from “daily life chatter.” With a few simples techniques, turning into your own higher self (or soul self) for answers, can create a new confidence which reflects in one’s presentation to others. Experience the confidence that comes from practicing this technique and discover more about your body’s natural power and energy. In this class you can expect to learn about and experience the following:

  • Consciousness levels – Understanding how Divine Inspiration really works with you.
  • How to open up your mind and heart to receive inspiration.
  • Meditations you can practice yourself at home.
